My primary project for the summer was to help build the consumer experience for Goose Island's loyalty program - THE GAGGLE.

How the program and its value will be communicated.
Brand Voice / lexicon specific to the loyalty program.
User experience & website copy.

What’s a gaggle? It’s a group of geese — but for us it’s a community. We want to look after our flock but sometimes it’s hard to keep track of every goose which is why Goose Island brings you The Gaggle.
We’re not playing any games, but we do want to find the goose amongst ducks and show our appreciation for them.
For every interaction, there are flock points to be earned which can be used to receive free goose gear on us.
As well we want to provide our gaggle with early and/or exclusive access to merch and beverages we’re developing. We want to hear from you and provide our gaggle the opportunity to determine where our product lines are flying. We welcome all honks, barks, crackles, and even hisses.
We’re getting goosebumps just talking about it too...
